The OHEI annual report captured events and described programs of 2018. All photographs were provided by employees of the department without the benefit of a professional photographers eye. This created a design challenge. How can these photos be used in a compelling way and disguise the low quality of the images? The solution was to design photo collages with the unifying element of large letters: OHEI. On the cover the large letters are overlapping shapes and interesting colors to draw the reader in.
